Subscription Terms
1. Introduction
These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of paid subscription services, premium features, or other subscription-based content offered through Pedometer Step Counter. By purchasing or using a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Subscription Plans
The App offers premium subscriptions on iOS through the Apple App Store and on Android through Google Play Billing. Subscription purchases, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund handling, and entitlement management are controlled by the platform where the purchase is made. iOS and Android subscription entitlements are associated with the platform account used for purchase and do not interoperate unless expressly stated in the App or purchase flow.
Specific plan names, product identifiers, billing periods, trial periods, promotional offers, prices, renewal periods, Family Sharing availability, and Google Play family or payment sharing availability are displayed on the App Store or Google Play purchase confirmation page before you confirm payment. Prices may vary by country, region, currency, taxes, promotional offers, platform pricing policies, and store settings.
3. Premium Services
Premium Services may include goal setting, activity trend analysis, health data synchronization, activity tracking, route tools, badges, walking motivation tools, and other benefits clearly displayed in the App or on the purchase screen. Premium Services may change over time. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing core paid functionality during an active subscription period.
4. Billing and Payment
Subscriptions purchased on iOS are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions purchased on Android are processed by Google through Google Play Billing. We do not collect, process, or store your full payment card information. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Account at confirmation of purchase unless the relevant platform states otherwise.
5. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period or trial period. Your Apple Account or Google Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period according to the relevant platform's rules.
You may manage or disable auto-renewal at any time through Apple Account subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings.
6. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
The App may offer free trials, introductory offers, promotional prices, offer codes, or other limited-time subscription offers when displayed by the App Store or Google Play. The duration, price, renewal terms, eligibility rules, and conditions are shown before purchase. Unless cancelled before the end of the free trial or promotional period, the subscription automatically converts into a paid recurring subscription according to the displayed terms.
7. Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You may manage or cancel your subscription through App Store or Apple Account subscription settings on iOS, or through Google Play subscription settings on Android. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period unless the relevant platform provides a different deadline. Uninstalling or deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
To manage or cancel on iOS:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your Apple ID.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Choose Pedometer Step Counter.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
7.1 For iOS Users
Use App Store or Apple Account subscription settings to manage or cancel iOS subscriptions.
7.2 For Android Users
Use Google Play subscription settings to manage or cancel Android subscriptions.
To manage or cancel on Android:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Select Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Choose Pedometer Step Counter.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
8. Access After Cancellation
If you cancel a subscription, you may continue to access Premium Services until the end of the current paid subscription period unless the relevant platform states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. After the subscription expires, access to Premium Services may be limited, removed, or converted to the free version of the App.
9. Restore Purchases
If you previously purchased a subscription but Premium Services are not available, you may use the restore purchases feature in the iOS App with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. On Android, subscription access depends on the Google Account used for the original purchase and the current Google Play entitlement status. Restoration or entitlement refresh only reinstates valid, active subscriptions or purchases associated with the relevant platform account.
10. Refund Policy
Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store should be submitted directly to Apple. Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through Google Play should be submitted through Google Play's refund process. Approval, timing, and eligibility of refunds are determined by the relevant platform and applicable law.
11. Price Changes
Subscription prices may change from time to time. Where required by applicable law or platform rules, Apple or Google Play will notify you of price changes before they take effect and may require your consent. If you do not agree to a required price change, your subscription may expire or be cancelled according to platform rules.
12. Subscription Upgrades, Downgrades, and Plan Changes
If App Store or Google Play offers upgrade, downgrade, or plan switching options, the timing, billing adjustment, proration, access change, and renewal date are handled by the relevant platform according to its rules.
13. Taxes
Subscription prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your country, region, platform, and store settings. Apple or Google may calculate, collect, and remit taxes where required.
14. Subscription Verification
To provide Premium Services and prevent unauthorized access, the App may use Apple, Google, and platform billing information to verify subscription status and entitlement.
15. Billing Issues
If your payment method fails or Apple or Google cannot charge successfully, your subscription may enter a billing retry period, grace period, account hold, expire, or lose Premium Service access according to the relevant platform's rules.
16. Platform Control
Unless the relevant platform provides tools that allow developer-side action, we cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf. You should manage subscriptions directly through Apple Account settings or Google Play subscription settings.
17. No Transfer
iOS subscriptions support Family Sharing when the App Store purchase confirmation page shows Family Sharing availability for the selected subscription. Google Play family or payment sharing availability depends on Google Play settings and the purchase confirmation flow. Subscriptions are generally associated with the Apple Account or Google Account used for purchase and may not be transferred to another account, platform, or user unless the relevant platform permits it. iOS and Android subscription entitlements do not interoperate unless expressly stated in the App or purchase flow.
18. Changes to Premium Services
We may update, improve, modify, replace, or discontinue certain Premium Services from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing core paid functionality during an active subscription period.
19. Changes to These Subscription Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. The latest version will be made available in the App, on our website, or through other appropriate channels.
Continued use of Premium Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Subscription Terms, unless applicable law requires additional consent.

21. Relationship With Other Terms
These Subscription Terms form part of and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If any provision of these Subscription Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
